You can purchase the Book & CD combination, or you can purchase them separately. You must purchase the CD and listen to it frequently.There is an old and new version of the book because they began revising in 2007 (and have completed the first 3 books so far). There are several different options of performers for each CD too. I have listed them all below, but I marked my favorite performers with an ¤.
